Anette Jeanne Heinzer-Hiemer is the founder and Managing Director of Heinzer Consulting, bringing over 2,500 hours of coaching experience to her role.
As an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and EMCC Senior Practitioner candidate, she specialises in company transitions, leadership development, and international career coaching. Anette is also a passionate mentor, speaker, and workshop leader, focusing on cultural intelligence and intercultural communication.
Her extensive background includes serving as Global Training Director and holding an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change (EMCCC) from INSEAD. Anette's expertise lies in guiding professionals through career transitions and leadership challenges, particularly within the life sciences, IT, and financial services sectors.
At Heinzer Consulting, she leads a team of international coaches, delivering bespoke programmes that empower individuals to navigate their careers with confidence and clarity.
